Orders Containing Frozen Food.

Frozen food is packed into polystyrene boxes that are lined with bubble wrap. We also add dry ice to keep the contents frozen. We currently offer 2 delivery methods. 

Method 1: Standard Next Day.
This is the cheapest option and  orders can be delivered up to 6pm. If your parcel arrives after 12 mid day, we can not guarantee the contents will still be frozen and therefore this option is at the buyers risk.

Method 2: Next Day Before 12.
This is the option we recommend because the order will be delivered before 12 mid day and we guarantee that the contents arrive still frozen.

We only dispatch Monday to Thursday (except Bank Holidays)

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day as long as we have the product in stock. Our most popular products will always show as IN STOCK but we may be waiting on a delivery. In this case we will always let you know.



Over bank holidays and national holidays dispatch days may change. if you have any queries on when your order will be dispatched either ring or message us to confirm details. 

Corona virus Covid 19 

We have had to suspend any live food delivery's by the postal service until further notice, this is due to the post office being overwhelmed at present. However we will be dispatching via TNT for this period of time, this will work out slightly more expensive, but is the only way we can continue to deliver live insects direct to your door.  

Due to the continued issues arising from corona and the subsequent lock downs in various areas of the country we can not guarantee delivery will be on your required day. We will do the best we can do get deliveries out on your requested day however due to the virus we can not guarantee this at present. we still advise you order next day before 12 so your food is on the road no longer than necessary, however we may require an extra day or 2 to get the food dispatched. it will be delivered with in 24 hours of dispatch. 

Christmas and festive holiday period, please ring to confirm we can dispatch for delivery on your required day. with covid related issues now affecting both postal and courier services we need to confirm with supplier on each order before we can guarantee your delivery date. 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued minus the paypal fees. if refunds are requested due to out of stock items we reserve the right to hold the order until the item is in stock with our supplier, if the wait is under one month. We do not dispatch items from the shop premises so we dont always have upto date information on stock levels at the stockist, if you have any queries regarding stock levels of an item you are ordering please feel free to contact us either by phone, email or private message on our facebook page.
